Short-term Application of Senior Women Dormitory for Taipei-Keelung Metropolitan students in Fall Semester 2020
Dear Students,
Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung Undergraduate short term stay Senior Women Dormitory Application is now available to apply.
- Eligibility
- College female students except student number starts from B09, who have their household registry registered in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City.
- Applicants and parents should have their household registry registered outside of Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City, for less than 2 years. (Please call or e-mail the Housing Service Division to grant the access)
- Application dates: Friday, 30 October 2020 10:00 am to Thursday, 5 November 2020 17:00 pm. (Overdue will NOT be accepted.)

- Dorm Location: Main-Campus Women 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 9th Dorm, and Downtown Women 4th, 6th Dorm. Students can choose to apply for Downtown Dorm or Main-campus dorm.
- The following conditions are arranged in priority, please upload attachments in application date:
- Disability students (need to include a copy of Disability Manual)
- Low income (need to include the low income counties, the city government issued the certificate of households; the document need to have the name of the applicant), do not need the dormitory fees, but the deposit.
- Mid-low income: can deduct three tenth of the dormitory fees, please attach with the identification and the relevant documents.
- Islanders and aboriginal students. (need to include a copy of household registry)
- Applicants who have their household registry registered remote districts of Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City (including Keelung City, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, Ruifang, Gongliao, Shuangxi, Pingxi, Pinglin, Wulai District of New Taipei City.) And applicants and both parents who have their household registry registered outside of Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung for less than two years) (Household registry documents need to be attached.)
- Application result announcement: Wednesday, 11 November 2020, 2:00 p.m. on Student Housing Service Division website or the application website. Students who are NOT drawn to any dorm will get a waiting list number randomly. Waiting list number will be continued to 31 December 2020. After the date, the number is invalid.
- Accommodation Period: The day from informed to move in until 31 January 2021. Please pay the Dormitory fee in a week from the informed day and please come to the office of the resident director of the allotted dormitory for checking-in. Dormitory fee and internet fee calculates start from the week informed to move in. Also, students have to pay the dormitory deposit fee. According to Article 24 of the NTU Student Dormitory Management Regulations, the deposit will be returned when the resident moves out.
